MITRE ATT&CK Explorer
This explorer lets you search and browse the MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise knowledge base: 800+ techniques across 15 tactics, with platform coverage and sub-technique relationships.
Search by technique ID (for example, T1055) or by name, filter by tactic and platform, and open any technique to read its full description and see its sub-techniques.
The dataset is bundled with the site and runs entirely in your browser — nothing is fetched from MITRE at runtime, and nothing you search is uploaded.

Look up a technique from an alert
An alert references T1055 — search the ID, read the description, and see which sub-techniques and platforms apply.
Map a tactic to its techniques
Filter by a tactic like Persistence or Lateral Movement to see every technique an adversary could use to achieve that goal.
Understand sub-technique relationships
Open a parent technique to see its sub-techniques, or navigate up from a sub-technique to its parent.

Is my search data uploaded?

Does it include mitigations and detections?
The bundled dataset covers techniques, tactics, platforms, and sub-technique relationships. Mitigation and detection mappings are not included in this version.
